Best Costa Rica Beaches
It’s hard to say which might be the best Costa Rica beaches as there are many of them and each one seems to be more beautiful than the one before. One nice thing about the beaches here though is that all of them are public property. Individual land ownership is restricted within 50 meters and often up to 200 meters back from the high tide line. So the beaches here will always remain accessible for everyone to enjoy.
As I have time I'll provide more information and a short description about each of the beach areas and amenities there. But for now, here are just some pictures of the beaches I visited in different parts of the country. Northern Pacific Playa Ocotal
Playa Coco
Playa Grande
Playa Tamarindo
Central Pacific Playa Jaco
Playa Manual Antonio
Playa Parrita
Playa Matopalo
Playa Dominical
South Pacific Playa Cacaou - Golfito
Playa Zancudo
Playa Pavones
Caribbean I haven’t been to the Carribean side of the country around Limon. This part of the country from what I’ve read is more wild and less developed. It’s people are a mix of Ticos and Jamaican and the area has it’s own unique culture and feel. What could be better than having your own private beach? Well the only thing I can think of is having a private beach club with many amenities, and also having someone else provide exactly what I need. Check out this
resort real estate
opportunity that includes a private beach club for residents.
